In a period of 5 years I redesigned the whole website of WTC.nl, part of the biggest travel agencies of the Benelux: Otravo. This project is one of the biggest I ever worked on. It started with a lot of research (deskresearch but also eyetracking technology) and ended in a complete new dimension for the brand ‘WTC.nl’. So it’s not just about the website, it’s the overall story the brand wants to tell. Besides the website I redesigned the logo and every print advertisement you can imagine. The best part of it all? Hard work pays off: the conversion increased a lot.
